| Ft. Lauderdale is a gracious destination with sophisticated cuisine, beautiful beaches, sunshine, coastline, nightclubs and superb restaurants. More restaurants and shopping on Las Olas Boulevard or Himmarshee in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Once party central for Spring Breakers, it now offers some of the finest restaurants in Florida. The best shopping are to be found in Las Olas Blvd. and Himmarshee. See the Swimming Hall of Frame just off of Route A1A or just enjoy the beach. Scuba diving is available through Pro Dive. Local attractions include Everglades Airboat rides, Flamingo Gardens Wildlife Sanctuary and the Swimmers Hall of Fame. | |

Bonaire is the most rustic of the "ABC" islands. It's downtown area consists of small, Carabbean style houses with family owned restaurants that serve fine Dutch food. The dock area is relatively small, with few cruise ships. Excursions include snorkeling at Marine Park or on Seacow, Kayak at Kac Bay, and shallow water Scuba for beginners or shore diving for certified divers. Or you can relax on the beach at Klein Bonaire (photo). |

Princess
Cays, Bahamas |
![]() |
Become an underwater tourist at this private resort. You can get on a glass bottom boat and explore the pristine coral reefs of Eleuthera without getting into a wet suit. Or if you prefer the freedom of exploring the reef with Scuba diving, a single-tank dive with scuba equipment is available. Either way you'll get to see many reef fish - like parrotfish, grouper and queen angelfish. |
