Ports of Call
San Juan, P.R.
Phillipsburg, St. Maarten
In Puerto Rico's lively capital city, you can explore the cobbled streets of Old San Juan and the centuries-old El Morro fortress. Take a tour of a local rum distillery or shop for handcrafted works of art. In the evening, glittering nightclubs present flamenco shows and the casinos along the Condado come alive. Shore excursions include a tour of the El Yunque rain forest, a city tour including the Barcadi Rum distillary, a bioluminescent bay Kayak tour, and a drive through San Juan by night. Phillipsburg, on the Dutch side, has many great duty free shops along it's old streets. Participate in one of the many water sports or simply sip a rum punch by the beach. A short taxi ride takes you to the French side with it's French restaurants and beaches. Grand Case is great for snorkelers, Oriental Bay beach is clothing optional and Simpson Bay beach is most scenic. Excursions: island tours, snorkel trips, Scuba diving for PADI divers*, Discover Scuba for beginners, deep sea fishing or a trip to St. Barth's (home of the rich & famous).
Roseau, Dominica
Castries, St. Lucia
Dominica is aptly named “The Nature Isle.” The natural vegetation and the winding rivers will thrill you as you are encompass by the vegetation-covered cliffs. Dominica has a great wall for Scuba divers* and is one of the best places for whale watching. One of the best ways to see Roseau is on the tour to Trafalgar Falls with it's panoramic view of the city and then onto the Botanic Gardens.Visit the rainforest by aerial tram or 4x4, snorkel or Scuba or enjoy Castaways beach. Capture Castries with a camera aimed at the lush greenery on the famed Les Pitons Mountains. Explore the inside of a dormant volcano, or experience the undersea world. This former home to banana plantations offers great views with bus tours, Scuba diving for PADI certified divers, catamaran tours, flightseeing tour (in a Twin Otter), or Land Rover.
Margarita Isl., Venezuela
Oranjestad, Aruba
Isla Margarita (Margarita Island) Venezuela is a mountainous tropical Caribbean island paradise located off the north shore of Venezuela. Margarita is blessed with an average of over 320 days a year of sun, beautiful tropical beaches lined with palm trees like Playa el Agua or Playa Parguito. Excursion info is not available at this time. The island of Aurba offers plenty of water adventure. Try your hand at parasailing or jet skiing. Scuba divers are in for a treat with the area's sunken ships. But if you're a landlubber, check out the Natural Bridge. Excursions - underwater tour via Atlantis Submarine, catamaran and snorkel tour of Arashi reef, Scuba, city tour via bus or an evening Kukoo Kunuku bar hop and dinner tour.
